  • We accept payment by Credit Card (Stripe) and PayPal.

  • Our site is protected with SSL and our checkout page are also Level 1 PCI compliant and use 128-bit SSL encryption.

    You can view our SSL details in most browsers, which can include information like the issuing certificate authority and how long the certificate is valid.

  • Yes, once the payment has processed you will be emailed a tax invoice.

  • Yes, the price for all products sold on The People Factor are inclusive of 10% GST.

    When you place an order on our website, you will receive a tax invoice automatically via email which shows the breakdown of GST.

  • Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enrol into.

  • Yes, The People Factor is based in New South Wales, Australia.

  • Yes, our courses are available worldwide. Prices listed on this website are in AU dollars and your bank may charge additional currency fees.

  • English only at this stage. We are looking to offer more languages in future.

  • You will have access to the purchased eLearning courses for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. You can set your own pace and complete the training in as many sessions as you wish. Your progress is saved every time you exit the course.

  • Yes of course. You can enrol multiple people through our website in the one transaction. You do have to add a course to the cart for every person you wish to enrol. For larger numbers please contact us at support@thepeoplefactor.com.au.

  • Our courses allow for flexible learning – you can participate wherever and whenever it suits you. You can access the course material view a computer or laptop, iPad, and mobile phone although we do recommend a bigger screen to best take the content in. Please note our courses contain video with audio so headphones or audio via the device is required.

SUPPORT

  • Once you have placed your order and the payment has been processed you will receive multiple emails regarding your purchase. The first is from us (The People Factor) confirming your order and providing you with a tax invoice. This email usually comes through in a few minutes, if it doesn’t, we recommend you checking your spam folder before contacting us. Next you will then receive an email from our LMS partner (eHotelier) with your access details and all the information you need to begin training. The second email may take longer as your account will need to be set up and enrolled in the course. If this email hasn’t arrived within 1 business day, please directly contact eHotelier via email (hello@ehotelier.com) or +61 (0)411 214 343.
