WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM EXECUTIVE COACHING?
The coaching arena offers leaders a confidential and psychologically safe space to explore, experiment and road-test ideas. Though clients initially come to Executive Coaching to work through business issues, coaching is equally beneficial for leaders who are considering career choices, those who need to find a better balance between work and life, and importantly, for people who are already successful and want to further develop as leaders.
HOW IS COACHING DELIVERED?
Coaching sessions are typically held online. We recommend six one-to-one sessions, followed by a review. Where appropriate, coaching can involve a third party, for example, some people benefit from having a coach mediate a conflict. When an organisation is invested in the process, inviting the leader to participate in goal setting can also be helpful.
WHAT IS THE COST?
$750 per 60-minute session. Discounts for coaching packages of 6 sessions or more.
